Return & Refund Policy

 

At Cindercharm, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand (POD) products, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless there is a defect, misprint, or error on our part.

  • Since products are made on-demand (printed specifically for you), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind / wrong size selected.

    • Color variations (due to monitor/screen differences).

    • Minor printing imperfections (e.g., slight off-center designs).


2. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements for:
 Defective items (e.g., major misprints, missing items, or damaged goods).
 Wrong item shipped (e.g., you received a different product than ordered).
 Non-delivery (if tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive it).

Important:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/video of the issue).

  • We may require you to return the item (at our expense) before issuing a refund/replacement.


3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

  1. Contact us with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos/video of the issue (for defective items).

    • Tracking number (for non-delivery claims).

  2. We’ll respond within 3 business days with next steps.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative (your choice).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective/wrong items.

  • You may need to return the original item first (we’ll provide a prepaid label if applicable).


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:
❌ Orders with incorrect shipping addresses (contact us immediately if you spot an error).
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
❌ Products damaged after delivery (e.g., by washing apparel incorrectly).


7. Printify’s Role

  • Since we partner with Printify for production, refunds/replacements depend on their review.

  • We’ll handle all communication with them—you only work with us!
