At Cindercharm, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand (POD) products, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy

All sales are final unless there is a defect, misprint, or error on our part.

Since products are made on-demand (printed specifically for you), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind / wrong size selected.

Color variations (due to monitor/screen differences).

Minor printing imperfections (e.g., slight off-center designs).

2. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements for:
✅ Defective items (e.g., major misprints, missing items, or damaged goods).
✅ Wrong item shipped (e.g., you received a different product than ordered).
✅ Non-delivery (if tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive it).

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/video of the issue).

We may require you to return the item (at our expense) before issuing a refund/replacement.
3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective/wrong items.

You may need to return the original item first (we’ll provide a prepaid label if applicable).
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
❌ Orders with incorrect shipping addresses (contact us immediately if you spot an error).
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
❌ Products damaged after delivery (e.g., by washing apparel incorrectly).
7. Printify’s Role

Since we partner with Printify for production, refunds/replacements depend on their review.
